Terms
Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old;
Operate a legitimate business or marketing channel; and
Apply and receive Affiliate code from Countam.
Approval required before promoting.
60-day referral window for attribution.
No commission during trial period. Commission starts when the customer pays
Commission excludes VAT.
Paid 30 days after payment clears.
Refunds/chargebacks cancel commissions (and may be deducted from future payouts).
Minimum payout ₦10,000; payout to Nigerian bank account.
Countam reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
Responsible Marketing Policy
No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
No fake discounts or unapproved promo codes.
No impersonation of Countam staff.
Violations may lead to termination and loss of commissions.
Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Countam. You may not claim to act on behalf of Countam or enter into agreements on its behalf.
Data & Confidentiality
You may receive limited non-public information about Countam or its users. This information must remain confidential and used only for legitimate promotional purposes.
